Principal Dentist

Ramandip Bains is one of three partners of South Road Dental Practice and graduated in 2006. He has worked in a variety of practices throughout his 17 years of experience offering both private and NHS treatment. Dr Bains is enthusiastic about providing patients with a comfortable experience during their time at the dentist. He has an interest in invisalign and composite restorations. Ramandip offers both NHS and private treatments.

Principal Dentist

Ramnik is one of three partners of South road dental practice and graduated in 2006. He offers a wide range of both NHS and private dental treatment and has a keen interest in endodontics, Invisalign and composite bonding. Ramnik is great with all patients, providing a personal experience throughout. In his spare time, Ramnik enjoys bike riding and spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.

Associate Dentist

Sital graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2014, earning Honours in Radiography and a Merit Award in Paediatric Special Care Dentistry.

He’s known for his gentle approach and skill in caring for both adults and children, especially those who feel nervous about visiting the dentist. Whether in NHS or private practice, Sital’s focus is always on making patients feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for.

Driven by empathy and compassion, he treats every patient like family – and his friendly nature has built long-lasting relationships and many happy smiles.

Sital has a true passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He loves helping people rediscover their confidence through tailored smile transformations that combine artistry, science, and cutting-edge techniques – from whitening and composite bonding to subtle orthodontics and ceramic restorations.

When he’s not creating smiles, Sital enjoys being a devoted dad to his young daughter, exploring new holiday destinations, and indulging his love of sports cars.

Associate Dentist

Dave graduated Birmingham Dental School in 1991 and has been at South Road Dental Practice for 21 years. He has always loved crown/ bridge work and enjoys minor oral surgery. He ensures a calm experience for patients and works very well with nervous patients. He has also attended the Paul Tipton restorative dentistry course. 

Associate Dentist

Harpreet Kareer has recently joined the team at South Road Dental Practice. Previously she worked in the East Midlands providing general dental care after graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2020. Harpreet is a passionate dentist and enjoys practicing minimally invasive dentistry to enhance patients’ smiles and restore their function and aesthetics. She has experience with Invisalign and uses this to achieve patients desired smiles. She also enjoys placing composites for fillings and composite bonding. Harpreet keeps up to date with the latest techniques and materials and always strives to provide the best for her patients. She has excellent chairside manners and always puts the patient’s comfort and ease first. Harpreet offers both NHS and private treatment.

Implantologist

Ashish Graduated in 2007 from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. He started his career with a unique job – working aboard a luxury cruise ship as a cosmetic dentist! After visiting more than 45 countries, he decided to quit his glamorous job and moved to the UK to grow in clinical dentistry.

Ash believes that learning is a never-ending process and has meritoriously completed his master’s degree in Implantology from the renowned University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) –where he has been trained in complex bone grafting and sinus lift procedures. He is a member of the International (ITI) and regularly attends lectures and conferences on all aspects of implantology to maintain and upgrade his knowledge in his field.

With a gentle surgical hand and a keen aesthetic sense, Ash strives to provide oral rehabilitation with dental implants to all his patients.
